About me
I continue my professional adventure, which I started in 1974, with the experience I have gained over the past half century, the many projects I have prepared at home and abroad, and the dozens of awards and achievements I have received nationally and internationally.
I ended my professional career in 2019 and founded Cemal Tanyel Food Investments Inc. with the aim of creating my own brands in addition to my consultancy services.
I have developed different and special brands for the fast food sector in order to reach and present well-known local and foreign culinary cultures to wider audiences. For many years, I have done R&D studies with famous chefs of the sector in order to present original and special products for all these brands.
Over the past five years, I have tested hundreds of products and tried countless recipes. I have shared these experiments with my close friends. I have also invited many guests to my studies and evaluated the positive and negative reactions I could get from a wider audience.
As a result of all these efforts, I will be in your presence as of 2025, with the belief that it is time to offer the perfect flavors I have achieved to people.

I have developed all my brands with my fifty years of experience in the sector and my belief in the image of "Private Brand and Specialist Retailing". I have prepared new business models with very different and special products for each of them.
Kabburga is an ambitious brand that set out to bring the very special flavors offered to guests at astronomical prices in fine dining restaurants to the fast food world.
